Our motivation:

- a large terrace for dining and access to 10 with rapidly since sam and kitchen
- a large garage attached to the house for two cars + storage bikes ... DIY + space
- 1 cellar compartments for bottles, provisions (jams, vegetables, concervé), storage (boxes, ...)
- a storeroom adjacent to the kitchen with frozen vertical + 4ml
- a laundry room (ironing machine washing machine, dryer, cupboards ...) not too close to pieces of nights
- 2 children's rooms with bed, desk, storage (~ 2ml), playground
- 1 space "Open" game room / office
- parent floor 1 bedroom + small office bed 140x190 + dressing (6ml)
- an adjoining bathroom with shower c. Italian parents, small bath, 2 sinks, cupboards, dressing table
- 1 small bath for children, shower + 1 toilet bowl
- 1 hall closet with 3ml
- 1 WC with washbasin
The significant:
- modern architecture (low-slope roof, simple geometry)
- Grow Home (forecast solar panels, ...)
- heating as simple as possible (programmable and with minimum maintenance)
- that the kitchen is not visible from the entrance
- no balcony (or terrace) closed (without access to land)
- WC DRC 'discreet'
- another closet (winter / summer)
- broad input
- WC separate children
- TV visible from SAM / kitchen
