First sketch of our plans

Here are the first sketches we presented our architect .

We were amazed by this first approach.

Quite simply, on the spot we found only two points to make:

• add a toilet to the entrance (to the bathroom of the suite)
• place the dressing the suite between sleeping area and bathroom

After a few days back we contacted the agency Homes Héliès ; to request another change a little more consistent which resulted in the second version of our plans .

In fact, I thought about this form of U on the south side of the house. With a depth of 3m and a width of 5m this space was to play the role for "patio" open or we would be protected from the sight of neighbors and wind.

Upon reflection, I was afraid that the view from the dining room is too obscured by the two amounts.

So I asked our architect if it was possible to align the glass wall of 4m on the walls of the kitchen and office. Here is the result .
